We are a technical institute offering a Hospitality and Tourism Program. Within this program, students run a live real-time travel agency on campus. The travel agency is open to the public for leisure travel reservations, all types.

The Online Booking Tool (OBT) used by the Student Travel Agency is the same as the OBT provided by the institute's TMC. The only thing that the Student Travel Agency does not manage is the 24/7/365 Assistance. This is handled by the TMC
The TMC provides Train-The-Trainer sessions for instructors of the Hospitality and Tourism Program. TMC does not write the program-course syllabus. However, the TMC provides assistance when it comes to using the OBT manual.

We are looking for a new TMC for the institution and want the same TMC to provide services for the Student Travel Agency under the Hospitality and Tourism program.

I am wondering if any universities or colleges out there have similar arrangements where there is a travel agency on campus which uses the same OBT when providing travel services to corporate/business travelers.
