The frequency of travel is down and spend volumes are significantly below 2019 levels. Inflation, health, and political factors will invariably impact institutional travel over the next 24 months and beyond. Is there any discussion about seeking more permanent savings/cost avoidance/reduction in travel post-pandemic?
