Has your institution set up procedures/systems to comply with National Security Presidential Memorandum-33?

The memorandum was signed on January 14, 2021 and directs federal funding agencies to strengthen protections of U.S. government-supported research and development against foreign government interference and exploitation. It contains a number of foreign travel requirements.
