Hello!
We were looking into Concur Locate after we had internal administration conflicts between our study abroad team, risk management, and travel and expense. However, Concur Locate is being transitioned out. We have a couple of meetings set up with ISOS and Terra Dotta to revisit possible partnerships. The pandemic has only made it more clear that a duty of care partner is needed.
I'd love to hear from anyone in the same boat as me or current users of ISOS or Terra Dotta!

Our TMC manages a number of small and large academic clients travel programs – most all of our clients use iSOS or WorldAware … although with some of the larger educational institutions, they might use two or three different Duty of Care (DOC) vendors that have expanded global coverage. Both iSOS and WorldAware have a range of locate and notify options.
Depending on the depth of coverage you need, iSOS and WorldAware can be scaled to meet most needs. Many TMCs, as we do, offer a standardized DOC platform that is integrated into every customers travel program. We use SABRE Safepoint and Safetogo as our standard customer DOC programs. Both vendors are TMC-based DOC system, with client portal access in most cases.
As with most all TMC provided DOC platforms, they are passive (meaning we let the DOC vendor scale notifications based on alert levels), but provide for client notification as well so that clients can self-direct internal decisions on threat or impact levels.
