Hi All,
Hoping you can help with a quick benchmarking survey related to class of service and ancillary fees; it is only 9 questions and should take about 4 minutes to complete. I am happy to share results when the survey has ended; just let me know.

Great survey, can't wait to see the results! If you're able to add another question, you may want to consider asking if the institution is public or private as that also may play a role in the policy/responses.
