Our central Travel Office will have more specific information than I do; however, I'm not sure they are active in these forums.
The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, uses Anthony Travel and the Concur booking system. I have encountered the following agent fees when booking airfare:
Domestic commercial - $8 (these are flights I book directly on Concur)
Using credit for cancelled tickets, domestic commercial - $25 (This requires me to work directly with an Anthony Travel agent)
International
International Commercial Flight working directly with Anthony Travel agent - $35
University of California fees are roughly $10 for online and $32-$34 for agent assistance for air travel. No charge for online booking of hotel/rental car. $15 for agent assistance for hotel/rental car.
SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in Canada recently received 2 RFP bids that proposed a fixed price service fee for all services administered within their regular operation hours.
Both bids were submitted by local companies in the province of Alberta.
