We are assessing our current TMC pricing and requesting information from other higher education institutions. Who is your TMC, what is your current contract pricing and when was your contract negotiated?

Contract originally negotiated – 2016.
Booking Fees:
Website - $4
Phone - $17

Our central Travel Office will have more specific information than I do; however, I'm not sure they are active in these forums.
The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, uses Anthony Travel and the Concur booking system. I have encountered the following agent fees when booking airfare:
Domestic commercial - $8 (these are flights I book directly on Concur)
Using credit for cancelled tickets, domestic commercial - $25 (This requires me to work directly with an Anthony Travel agent)
International
International Commercial Flight working directly with Anthony Travel agent - $35

SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in Canada recently received 2 RFP bids that proposed a fixed price service fee for all services administered within their regular operation hours.

Both bids were submitted by local companies in the province of Alberta.
