Coincidentally, we just got a demo today. We don't use them but are looking at an alternative to Concur. We stopped about halfway through because their pre-trip approval process only includes Airfare, Hotel, Rental car, and Train. We need to include conference fees, airport parking, mileage, per diem, business meals, etc.

We left them with that feedback and maybe they'll add in that functionality eventually.

Hi Monica, we met with Navan for a demo several weeks ago as well. At that time, they only had a university in Australia signed up. One of our big concerns, which I think was helpful feedback for them, was the international group component (Study Abroad and Missions trips namely). They didn't seem to have good agent support or knowledge of these segments yet.
