Anyone out there a CTM/CTP client? I know their group travel dept was hit very hard by Covid-19, but over the past couple of months, we have noticed a dramatic decline in response times and overall customer service has really been lagging. In addition, our account rep seems to have gone cold and is unavailable and unresponsive via phone or email. Have tried reaching out to other company contacts with no response as well. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues?

Not the same vendor, but we have also been experiencing drastic decline in response with our TMC.
We have been very happy with Cain Travel, including over the last couple of years. We're in the Boulder, CO area. I'm not sure of their presence elsewhere.
Yes, we are a CTM/CTP client. Our account rep has changed three times in less than a year, but all of them have been fairly responsive to our requests/questions. It has been a bit slower in the past couple months, but that is about the time our account rep changed the last time. Nothing drastic though.
