We use the company notes to communicate instructions for using ticket credits and cancelling travel since those are commonly asked questions. We also use the space to communicate agency contact information and are currently using it to communicate about the Concur home page redesign. Any upcoming UI releases or changes to the look/functionality of the T&E program are communicated in this space.

We have two sections which are always up: the first has info on training resources, a link to our internal Concur Support desk and a reminder regarding approval requirements for international travel. The second is created and maintained by our TMC and includes their contact information, link to their online chat support, and other helpful info. When we're running a promo with one of our travel partners, we add that info in the company notes as well. I'll email you a screenshot!
