When we hosted our travel fair, we prepared a "Need to Know Before You Go" document for all of our suppliers attending. It contained information about parking, places to eat, drink, a profile of the attendees and university travel program, list of reminders of do's and don'ts. We also sent out a blost to our attendees and encouraged them to come prepared with questions and to 'Bring a bag, for all their swag."

We are hosting a Supplier Showcase and Travel Fair next Thursday. I have 21 travel vendors that will be in attendance. I will share next week any lessons learned. 🙂
