We are looking to implement ' lab hours' for our travel coordinators to aid in the training process. I was wondering if anyone who has already implemented something similar can share their experience. Do you provide them weekly/ monthly / quarterly? How long are they offered for at each time? Any other lessons learned you would like to share.
We already provide an online self paced training on rules and requirements, short video's and step by step guides for submission of transactions but we constantly receive feedback that our customers would like to be able to talk directly with the experts.

Hi, we've been holding "Office Hours" for several months now and they are well received. We used to have them 2 times a month, but now will start having once a month along with live training once a month. I think people like being able to ask questions or simply listen to the questions asked. I'm happy to speak to you more about it if you have any questions!
We do lab hours twice a month on Teams. It's been helpful to carve out that time for questions that might be more complex or to show them something in Workday.
