Hi Jennifer and Kim,

Here at Baylor, we just wrapped a 16-month Travel Program rollout; it went longer than planned, but has proven effective in Concur and Travel Card adoption for our unmandated program. The trainings were 90 minutes, and included 30 minutes of T&E Policy review, 15 minute intro to our TMC/Concur (answering the why/what's in it for me questions), and then a 30 minute Concur demo, with time for Q&A. We initially targeted each unit, and then scheduled general sessions for new employees, those who missed their department's training, etc. I can send you what we have, just let me know how to get it to you! For this semester, we're focusing on shorter Concur-specific trainings (Concur Basics; Arranger Functions; Guest Bookings) to keep reiterating how campus should be booking.

I would say, if you can also try to present/get buy in at regularly scheduled departmental meetings, User Groups, Faculty Senate, President's Council (or any council meetings), etc., that's been very helpful too.

Great ideas!
We have meeting meeting with groups on campus and hosting virtual Concur demonstrations. We are just looking for ideas of Power Point presentations that show the relationship and benefits of our Travel Dept. our TMC and the Concur booking too.
