For those of us who might be newer to the world of managing travel, other than the fantastic insights and advice shared so generously here, what are some other sources of continuing education, professional memberships, certifications that some of you might recommend or have benefitted from in your careers.

Global Business Travel Association is a good resource: www.gbta.org/
They have some courses that are valuable such as The Fundamentals of Business Travel Management, Advanced Principles of Travel Management as well as some certification opportunities.
If you are using a T&E program such as Concur, the forums, groups and training materials offered are valuable tools.
