Does anyone integrate with International SOS for their duty of care provider? Do you integrate with your Request- ex. we want to find out the travel risk rating BEFORE we approve international countries. Our Concur implementer didn't even know ISOS was a preferred partner and ISOS has been slow to get us answers as well. If anyone is already integrating with ISOS I would love to talk to you.

Hi Susan,
MSU does integrate ISOS through a GDS integration, not Concur Request. We have a rule in place in Concur that fires each time a level 3+ risk is included in a Request.
