What is everyone using for tracking of their student and employee travelers for Duty of Care purposes? Is it part of your TMC or a unique system/program? We would appreciate any feedback or success stories.

Specifically, any experience with VIA TCM or Voyage Manager?

Thanks!

At UNC, we are using a tracking system provided by our TMC for employee travel and for students if they book through our TMC. Study Abroad uses Terra Dotta but we do not have a holistic solution for all student travel.

Thanks,
Rebecca

At Johns Hopkins we use Healix, which is our duty of care provider. We like that they are able to ingest data from multiple booking sources as well as the ability to manually upload if needed.
Best,

At Cal Poly our TMC provides tracking only for airfare they have booked. Since we do not mandate airfare be booked through the TMC, we have a low rate of bookings ("we can find it cheaper elsewhere"), majority of airfare is not tracked. If anyone else has this issue, how are they dealing with this?

At University of Pittsburgh Terra Dotta is used for study abroad but we also have International SOS that is integrated through Concur and our TMC. Pitt is not mandated so we do encourage faculty and staff to register with ISOS prior to traveling.

Thanks
Emily
