I am reaching out to institutions currently using the SAP Concur booking tool to inquire about any booking-related errors you may be experiencing, specifically Error Codes: AR-40000 and AR-40012. How are you addressing these issues? If you have submitted a case to SAP Concur, could you kindly share their response? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.
We send these kinds of errors to our TMC's tech desk and they normally get it taken care of within a day. I believe they sometimes will have to reach out to Concur on the more complex issues. When we have booking errors related to the person's profile, I usually go into the profile first and make sure there are no special characters or other obvious problems. Sometimes that fixes the problem , but sometimes I still need to send it over to the agency's tech desk to resync. I believe the AR-4000 and AR-40012 errors you mentioned are not profile related and would have to be addressed by the agency's tech desk.
We are getting so many of those error codes! We've been sending to our TMC's help desk as well. If there is a profile issue, they are taking care of it pretty quickly. More often than not (at least lately) we are getting the response below. I've been told it's an issue with the new Concur Travel. I hope someone else has more news they can share!
"Your reservation error is falling into the relm of a known error with Concur and American Airlines. There is an error with some of the pricing in Concur for American Airllines. Concur is working towards a resolve, unfortunately there is not ETA at this time."
