Good afternoon,
I heard several folks on the recent CHELF webinar mention that they are now using Detect/AppZen as part of their audit process. Unfortunately, the acronyms of universities I jotted down, aren't the universities I thought they were. Those of you who are using Detect/AppZen, can you tell me a bit about what your implementation process was like, please?
Thanks so much!

We use it at GWU. Implementation was fairly easy. It's determining how you want things set at on your side that takes some tweaking and then helping the system to learn what you do/do not consider against policy. For instance I wasn't aware that the itemization only checked hotels and meals unless I specifically added the accounts I wanted checked. Happy to talk more on it. shellshearer@gwu.edu

We don't use it either and curious about it. We audited 100% on old paper system so i'm curious about Detect too.

At Texas A&M, we use Oversight as a direct customer. They are the company that is now providing the Concur Detect service. So while I can't speak directly to Concur's implementation and delivery of the Detect product, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have regarding the Oversight product itself.

I saw this post after I posted under Expense for the same this. For those of you using these services, do you have additional details regarding ROI, campus acceptance, etc. that you can share?
