Hi! ISU is starting to run into problems with booking lodging for non-employees. Currently we use Egencia and that allows employees to direct bill their lodging and airfare expenses but it's not very user friendly when it comes to booking for a non-employee such as a student or speaker. We use Altour/Concur for airfare and that works great for guest booking but we don't use their hotel option because they can't use our credit card on file to direct bill lodging. We are curious to know what travel booking site other universities are using and if any of them allow / are user friendly when booking for a non-employee. Any and all information is appreciated!
