Can you all share with me what platforms you are using for Travel and Expense? Is anyone currently looking at new options in one or both and if so, what tools are you considering?
At the University of Michigan, we use Concur for Travel and Expense. Am interested in hearing what others use as well.
At Virginia Tech, we use Chrome River.
At the University of Minnesota, we use Chrome River.
At the University of Connecticut we use Concur.
At Houston Community College we use Concur.
Duquesne University uses Chrome River.
Texas Tech University is currently bringing up Chrome River.
At Virginia Commonwealth University we use Chrome River
At Wayne State University we use Concur. Several years ago we did an RFP and it came down to Concur and Chrome River and we stayed with Concur. We sent the RFP to eight potential vendors, with four responding (Concur, Chrome River, Apptricity, and Certify).
At Eastern Michigan University we use Concur Travel, Request, and Expense and we import our PCard expenses into Concur Expense also.
At the University of British Columbia, we use Concur Travel (over 15 years) and Workday ( since Oct 2020 HR, procurement, expense, student). I'm interested in bringing on a new online travel agency i.e. Egencia and multiple TMC's to provide more choice to our community.
At Drexel University we are starting the implementation process with Concur.
Rutgers will begin implementing Concur Travel later this year through a reseller agreement with our TMC, and we are currently using Oracle for expense. We are planning to move away from Oracle and Concur Expense is the current front runner.
Florida State uses Concur Request, Travel & Expense.
