Morning! Reaching out to see if anyone has recently executed an RFP for an expense audit tool that they would be willing to share? We have Concur Expense and are familiar with Oversight and AppZen but would be interested in hearing about other tools that universities are using. Also, I have a vague memory of someone having done a deep dive on Audit tools which they mentioned at the Concur Fusion Exchange in DC, perhaps Shelley from George Washington? Love to see that too as we start exploring options!

Thanks,

We are looking deeply into using Itilite. They have a three in one solution (travel, expense and travel card) that looks very promising. Jackson was super helpful in laying everything out.

I'd be curious to learn more about the expense audit tools. We are currently doing manual audits of expense reports by department. While it allows us to tailor travel training/education to specific units, it is a time-consuming process. We use Workday for our expense management and reporting, and it often seems like the expense component was added as an afterthought. Are there audit tools that can be used in conjunction with Workday? Would love to learn more.

Thank you!
