Good Afternoon,
We have just been informed that our TMC "...cannot arrange travel for US citizens or non-citizens, under any circumstance, to any sanctioned country...".
MSU has grant funded travel to Cuba with specific Treasury Department Licensure to allow the travel in the award.
I would appreciate hearing from you if you have also experienced a TMC refusing to sell Cuba to your University.

Hi Ed,
Rutgers heard the same from our TMC - there are some scheduled flights, but they will not book them. We had to add make Cuba an exception to our requirement to book though the OBT/travel agency. They book on their own and register the trip manually with Risk Management.
