Afternoon all! I'm helping my Office of Sponsored Research in looking for clarification on two memos which were released in relation to COVID Airfare ticket credits purchased on Federal Funds. OSR has a memo from the Feds dated 3/19/2020 stating that there is flexibility in the re-use of these credits but it does not delineate the dates of travel which are in-scope. Has anyone already obtained clarification on this? We're assuming it would date back to travel that began on or after 3/1/2020 (at a minimum) but would like to know for sure. Additionally, a second memo dated 6/19/2020 was sent stating that flexibility had been rescinded but it also did not specify if that rescindment was based on the dates of travel or perhaps the dates of purchase/cancellation.
If anyone has further insight into these specifics, please let me know!
