Hi, are any of you promoting or actively using Concur for Mobile's booking feature? Do you have any feedback, tips, or advice as we start to market this specific part of the tool? Thank you!

Hi all! I am very interested in the update for this. @Alyssa, what did your University decide on?

We have been using the mobile app for booking since the beginning. Our road warriors use it the most. At that time we were considering Request, but if you link to travel, at least then, you cannot book travel using the mobile app. This was one reason why, if we do get Request, we would likely link to Expense if at all.

Please share your experiences with the mobile app. We are implementing Request and Expense, my team member likes the app but we haven't gone live with it yet and ideally looking to just use for our travelers to attach receipts.

Thanks

We've had it turned off at University of Miami, but I am definitely looking to suggest we open it. We have international travelers and mobile focused individuals. Is anyone using it and having success?

Una, we use Request & Expense and our travelers use the mobile app for scanning & attaching receipts to their Expense Reports. We don't have the mobile app linked to Requests.

At Tulane we have used the mobile app for travel and expense since implementation in 2016. SSO login wasn't available, which causes some confusion. This process has changed some, but we still use a different code. There were some problems in the beginning with the pricing, but I haven't had any complaints for a long time. Our frequent and mostly younger travelers use it. If it wasn't on, they would be very upset :). If you have request integrated with Concur Travel, I do not believe booking travel with the app is possible, unless something has changed. I wasn't made aware of that in the beginning, but when I found out, it was one of the main reasons we decided not to implement Request. There may have been improvements since then, but if we do decide to use Request in the future, our feeling was that it's better to integrate with Concur Expense.

Michigan State University has Request and Expense turned on for our SAP Concur app. We are waiting to activate travel booking in the mobile app until it offers more functionality. I will email you directly a document Concur published listing what travel booking on their app can and can not do.

@Edward, would you mind sharing a link to that document here or emailing it to me, as well?

Also, go Green!

GO WHITE! Just emailed the document to you. Tried pasting link to the document but, because logging in to the Concur customer center is required, the link didn't work.

Link is included here just in case you can get to it:

Cheers, Ed
