Hello!
One of our clients who is on Concur T&E and utilizes Google Workspace/G-Suite is experiencing a recurring issue with Concur travel confirmations populating incorrectly on their Google calendars - including incorrect departure/return dates.
Concur support responded that it's a known Gmail issue, though impacted individuals have not been able to resolve it utilizing:

Has anyone else experienced this and/or resolved this successfully?

I do have a walkthrough to fix this but I can't add screenshots here, I'm sending to you via email.

Shannon, could you send that my way, as well, please? I haven't heard of the issue here, but we use GSuite and it would be good to be prepared. Thanks!
