It's election year in the US, so the Education Committee wants to have a little Election fun at this year's conference! The airline industry is keeping us on our toes but this year has felt more dynamic than ever. Want to help us debate all the possible ways to solve for the ever-changing landscape of air travel? Then throw your hat in the ring! We're look for candidates for the following "parties":
- Mandate Party, Public University
- Mandate Party, Private University
- Non-Mandate Party, Public University
- Non-Mandate Party, Private University
We'll give folks a couple weeks to respond before we select our nominations for each party. Nominees will then get to debate the merits of their Airfare Policy during one of our conference sessions!
Not interested in running but have some burning questions? Feel free to comment below and your question may be asked during the debate!
ps don't be scared to volunteer, the Education Committee will prep the "candidates" before the conference 🙂
Now that Fiscal year end is done for many of us, I'm checking back in to look for those interested in being part of the debate! To provide a little more detail: the Education committee will meet with the participants before the conference to discuss questions and specifics. We don't want the content to be rehearsed, but we will make sure you feel prepared. Amy Page and Ed Phillips: I'm thinking of the lively discussion we had down in Dallas recently if you're interested in participating!
